My husband and I first met Linda Randes in October 2004 when we signed a contract with Jimmy Henderson construction to build a home in Bridgeport Colony. For me, Linda is Jimmy Henderson construction. Every question or concern I had during the course of the building Linda and her staff answered promptly and thoroughly. This was my first time building a home, and Linda's experience provided helpful insights during different phases of the construction such as design details for the initial plan, choosing building materials, general mortgage questions, and insights on the local housing market. She even helped coordinate an early closing date which facilitated me selling my previous home. It has been six months since I moved into Bridgeport Colony. I would like to comment Ms. Randes and her team, especially Ann Paulsen for their "above and beyond help" in a matter involving my moving company. Things were left, and Ms. Paulsen spent many hours assisting myself in the final return of the items left by the movers, after I had moved out of state. Joann
Our home was listed for sale on a Monday. By the following Wednesday they brought us an acceptable offer and on the following Friday a "sold" sign was placed in our yard. Four days on the market .. how can service get any better! The Randes team is excellent, professional and a pleasure to do business with.
